About Me
I was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil and I live since 2009 in Vienna. In Sao Paulo I was English Teacher and soft skills Trainer in companies.
In Vienna I got my Master Degree in "Intercultural Management" in 2011 from Lauder Business School.
I offer since 2017 Mindfulness Trainings in different contexts for companies as well as private groups.
The more I read and learn about the mind, the more fascinated I get about how our brain works and if we can train ourselves to be happier people.
In 2021 I started to study to become a Psychotherapist and in 2023 I focused my studies in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Since May 2025 I am officially in "status" which means in Austria that I can already work as a psychotherapist and see clients and every 5 sessions with a client I need to meet with my supervisor and discuss him/her.
I find it very special and I feel honored to be chosen by my clients to accompany them in their inner journey.
